If you purchased from Hale’s, your Installation Administrator will contact you to verify all details, review and answer your questions. She and her team will compile your file, complete with photos, Warranty / Service Card and all permanent file information and turn it over to our Service Department for Annual Maintenance, Service Reminders and Service Scheduling.
Whether you choose a Service Plan at installation or choose to wait, our Parts & Service Department has you covered! They have a fully staffed field of trained and certified technicians to perform your regular maintenance, as well as troubleshoot any challenges you may have along the way. Your Peace of Mind is our priority and each customer has an opportunity to call our Parts & Service Specialists any time to ask questions, request service, troubleshoot or repair.
Our Service Technicians, rotating on-call for 24/7/365 day service after hours, keep their service vans fully stocked with the most frequently used parts for same day repairs, emergencies and daily services. Your technician will perform your service as requested and have the ability to see all services, repairs, installation details, etc. by clicking a button on their Hale’s Electrical Service provided technology.
Our technicians are some of the best in the country, trained personally by the Hale family and being signed off on their abilities by David Hale himself! David is readily available to all of our technicians when challenges arise in troubleshooting and repairing. Our technicians rely on David and the Generac Service Tech Team in Wisconsin to walk them through some of the most challenging and difficult troubleshoot and repairs. They find the trouble quickly and saving you money is our goal and our technicians may enlist every resource to accomplish this savings of time and your money. This is part of the troubleshooting process and your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Rest assured knowing that our Parts & Service Department Staff have an eye on your job, your technician and delays on their work through our unique technician technology systems. If any of our technicians appear to be longer than anticipated on a job site, our staff will contact them to ensure all is going well and that no additional assistance is needed. We want to minimize your costs, just as you do and our technology and premier staff work hard to keep your costs low.
Accidents and Storms happen. When your home experiences a lightning strike, an accidental car moving your generator off your pad, our team is ready to prepare an insurance report. Your report will include the technician / electrician’s finding as well as any photos that may have been taken. We will also include an estimate for your damage and be happy to send this entire report to your insurance / claims contact. We are available to your insurance contact for questions with regard to your claim.
