We average 150-300 Generac generator installations per year and service over 3,000 Generac brand generators in Central Virginia.
Together our team treats each site survey, installation and repair as if it were our own, considering what we would want and how we would want things done. We are so specialized that from the moment we schedule your FREE site survey of your needs, to our final installation and startup, you have specific contacts within our company who are following the process of your request from start to finish.
Our site survey professionals will treat you like family, answering your questions, reviewing code requirements, your budget, your needs and paying close attention to the specific details that will make your Generac generator installation customized to your specific needs and requests. If we cannot meet your request, our professional staff will share with you why.
Our Installation Team starts in our office with step at a time personal touches that will keep you informed and abreast of the progress along the way. We will assist you with all the fine details and continue to answer your questions. Your Installation Administrator will be sure you know about the new customer options and offerings available to you and process any Generac Rebates that may be available. Throughout the process you will have a direct contact and a dedicated line you can call during the installation process for questions, answers and any other need that we can assist with. Your Installation Team will be professional and treat you and your home with respect and work quickly to complete your installation so that your Generac generator is ready for your Certified and Trained Generac Technician to perform the startup and break in of your generator.
Our Service Team begins with our office staff who will send reminders of annual maintenance, when you have not chosen an automatic service plan, and create your service work order. Once work orders are created to perform service on your Generac generator we will coordinate your service, schedule a service date and will review your previous services and prepare to perform your service. Your service technician will have a full inventory of commonly used genuine Generac parts for most repairs that may be needed. During emergencies and major outages, our Service Technicians double up with our installation teams to perform services in a timely manner and be more equipped to perform troubleshoot and repair calls as needed.
