2026 Winter Storm Response
Update 1/28/26
Our service team will be operating on a delayed schedule 1/28/26 while our offices will open at their normal time 9 AM. We will be working to service those who do not have operational generators. Due to the icy conditions there may be some customers that we will be unable to service untill we see more melting. We ask that if you need generator service or repair that you clear a pathway to your generator and transfer switch from your driveway so that we can safely and effecinetly service your generator.
We are closely monitoring the posiblity of another winter storm this weekend and are working to ensure that as many customers are prepared for this storm. Should we receive more winter weather, we will update this page with any impacts to our service schedule. Please visit our Beat the Winter Storm page for tips to prepare for the next winter storm.
