 A Hale's Electrical Service professional will personally meet with you at no charge, in your home or business to guide you to the generator decision that meets, but not exceeds your needs and budget. Our professional staff will schedule an appointment for you, answer questions you may have and begin the process of providing backup power for you.
Installation:
Our factory trained installation teams will install your Guardian/ Generac Generator in a timely manner, most residential installations are complete in one day! We have a list of propane suppliers and gas subcontractors who are equally courteous professionals for your natural gas and propane needs. Our office staff will guide you through the process, including local permits we acquire and inspection procedures. The installation team will perform a thorough "walk-through" with you to review the operation and maintenance of your backup power system. Once we are complete...you are ready for the next outage.

Our office professionals will keep you abreast of when your Guardian/ Generac Generator needs servicing through our annual maintenance reminder system. Customers who have annual maintenance every year receive a customer loyalty discount on our services after their warranty expires.
Warranty:
When a situation arises and your generator is not operational, we stock most parts to get you up and
running in no time. We submit the warranty paperwork, leaving you to continue leading an uninterrupted life!
Maintenance:
After the warranty runs out, where do you turn? Hale's Electrical Service Team. Our loyal customers
receive after-warranty discounts and new customers receive courteous factory trained technicians
who will take time to explain what went wrong and how it will be repaired.

Hale's Electrical Service inventories the most common sizes, ready for immediate delivery.
Whether a homeowner, electrical contractor, builder, etc., we have the means to deliver your generator and
most times right to your prepared site. We have flexibility and the equipment to make your
installation easy. For larger deliveries, please inquire with our staff.
